🌱 PLEASE NOTE: 2-PLANT MINIMUM

To help us safely and efficiently package and ship our live plants, we require a minimum purchase of 2 plants per order.

Mix & match! You can choose any combination of our available starter plants to meet the two-plant minimum — they do not have to be two of the same plant.

Bring home one of the easiest, most-loved houseplants around! 🌿

The Golden Pothos (Epipremnum aureum) is a houseplant classic, loved for its heart-shaped green leaves splashed with beautiful shades of yellow and gold.

Fast-growing, forgiving, and incredibly versatile, Golden Pothos is a fantastic choice for new plant parents while still earning a spot in the collections of experienced plant lovers.

Our Golden Pothos starters are propagated and grown from our own established plants and given time to develop roots before they're offered for sale. With a little love and the right conditions, your tiny starter can eventually become a gorgeous trailing plant with vines cascading from a shelf, hanging basket, or plant stand — or climbing its way up a moss pole.

🌿 WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE

• One live Golden Pothos starter plant
• Established rooted starter — not an unrooted cutting
• Propagated and grown by us
• Carefully selected and packaged for shipping
• Each plant is naturally unique and will vary in size, shape, leaf count & variegation

📸 STARTER PLANT — PLEASE READ

You're purchasing a young starter plant, not a large mature Golden Pothos.

Some of our photos may show mature plants so you can see what your little starter has the potential to become as it grows.

Your starter will be smaller and will naturally vary from the plants pictured.

Golden Pothos variegation is also unique to each plant. Some leaves may have beautiful golden splashes and streaks, while others may be predominantly green. Providing plenty of bright, indirect light can help encourage stronger variegation as your plant grows.

☀️ LIGHT

Golden Pothos prefers bright, indirect light, but one of the reasons it's such a popular houseplant is its ability to tolerate a range of lighting conditions.

It can adapt to moderate and lower light, although growth may be slower and variegation may become less pronounced.

Avoid prolonged harsh, direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.

💧 WATER

Allow the top portion of the soil to begin drying before watering again.

Golden Pothos is pretty forgiving if you occasionally forget a watering, but it doesn't appreciate sitting in consistently soggy soil.

When in doubt, check the soil before reaching for the watering can. 🌱

🌡️ TEMPERATURE

Golden Pothos enjoys typical household temperatures and prefers a warm, comfortable environment.

Keep your plant away from cold drafts, heating or cooling vents, and extreme temperature changes.

🌱 GROWTH

Don't let the size of your starter fool you — Golden Pothos can grow!

Once established, its vines can trail beautifully from shelves and hanging planters. Give it something to climb, such as a moss pole or trellis, and you can create an entirely different look.

Vines can also be trimmed to encourage a fuller appearance, and healthy cuttings can be propagated to create even more plants.

One little starter can be the beginning of a whole lot of Pothos. 💚

📦 SHIPPING LIVE PLANTS

Because we're shipping a living plant, a little temporary travel stress is possible.

Minor leaf yellowing, curling, soil movement, wilting, or cosmetic leaf damage can occasionally occur during shipping.

Once your plant arrives:

• Unpack it promptly
• Check the soil before watering
• Place it in appropriate lighting
• Give it time to acclimate to its new home
• Avoid immediately repotting unless necessary

A little patience goes a long way after your plant's journey!

🌿 PLEASE REMEMBER

Plants are living things, and no two starters will look exactly alike.

Size, leaf count, coloration, variegation, and growth habit will naturally vary from plant to plant — that's part of what makes each one unique.

We carefully propagate, grow, select, and package our starters so they're ready to begin their next chapter in your plant collection.
